"When it comes to auto insurance, they are great. Wanda has always given me awesome customer service. But when it comes to Renters Insurance DO NOT BUY IT from them!! I have currently been out of my apartment since Thursday night, and the only information I have been given is they have a repair before replacing policy and to try and clean my items first. Since my agent was on vacation, no one would or seemed to want to help me. I even called her when she came back from vacation, and still no response. My apartment flooded from an upstairs neighbor and no one seems to care to help. With a big company such as State Farm you would think they’d have someone be able to help, especially since emergencies can happen 24/7. If you don’t mind being homeless for a few days, paying high prices, and being told to help yourself then go with StateFarm!"

"I can’t say enough in terms of accolades for the Mullen team! We all know moving to a new state and the ensuing tag transfer, new license, etc. can be loads of fun.
